Wow. This really is the 100th post.
It’s not so long ago that I started posting one of these little updates every week. I write about the things that I’ve learned and the things that I’m doing, hoping that at least some of you can relate and perhaps learn what I’ve learned.
I won’t lie, I’ve considered stopping the series multiple times over the years. There are weeks when I’m so busy that I feel like I can’t possibly fit it in anymore. There are weeks when I am almost certain that I’ve run out of ideas. That it was it, and there won’t be anything else coming out. Some weeks, I’m wondering whether it’s still worth doing it, whether someone actually wants to read anything that I write.
But there also have been weeks when I could wait for Sunday to share something with you. The time when I had to interrupt a run to type up a post on my phone, leaning on a lamppost by the road. There have been times when I received overwhelmingly kind responses that kept me going.
Today, at this arbitrary-number jubilee milestone, I’d like to take the opportunity to thank you. I appreciate you being here, whether you like these posts or not, whether you reblog or you don’t. It’s been a pleasure to write for you, and I hope that I’ll be able to do that at least a hundred times more.
Thank you for reading.
